APPROPRIATION FOR MAPPING AND DOCUMENTATION
OF R.S. 2477 RIGHTS-OF-WAY
2000 GENERAL SESSION

AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $300,000 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-01 TO THE AUTOMATED GEOGRAPHIC
REFERENCE CENTER FOR GRANTS TO COUNTIES TO INVENTORY AND MAP R.S.
2477 RIGHTS-OF-WAY USING GLOBAL POSITIONING TECHNOLOGY AND TO
PHOTOGRAPH EVIDENCE OF R.S. 2477 RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND CERTAIN OTHER
FEATURES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
This act enacts uncodified material.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Appropriation.
(1) For fiscal year 2000-01 only, there is appropriated from the General Fund to the
Automated Geographic Reference Center $300,000 to be used for grants to counties as provided
in Section 63A-6-204 .
(2) The money appropriated in Subsection (1) is nonlapsing.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act takes effect on July 1, 2000.
