             5      AN ACT RELATING TO RECREATIONAL TRAILS; APPROPRIATING $400,000 FROM THE
             6      GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-01 TO THE CENTENNIAL NONMOTORIZED
             7      PATHS AND TRAIL CROSSINGS PROGRAM; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
             8      This act enacts uncodified material.
             9      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             10          Section 1. Appropriation.
             11          There is appropriated $400,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2000-01, to the
             12      Centennial Nonmotorized Paths and Trail Crossings Program created under Section 63-11a-503 .
             13          Section 2. Effective date.
             14          This act takes effect on July 1, 2000.
