             6      AN ACT RELATING TO THE HEBER VALLEY HISTORIC RAILROAD AUTHORITY AND
             7      APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $260,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR
             8      FISCAL YEAR 2000-01 ONLY, TO THE HEBER VALLEY HISTORIC RAILROAD
             9      AUTHORITY TO BUILD A DEPOT; APPROPRIATING $700,000 FROM THE GENERAL
             10      FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-01 ONLY, TO THE DIVISION OF PARKS AND
             11      RECREATION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
             12      This act enacts uncodified material.
             13      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             14          Section 1. Appropriation.
             15          For fiscal year 2000-01 only, there is appropriated from the General Fund:
             16          (1) $260,000 to the Heber Valley Historic Railroad Authority created under Title 9,
             17      Chapter 3, Part 3, Heber Valley Historic Railroad Authority, to be used to build a depot for the
             18      Heber Valley Historic Railroad; and
             19          (2) $700,000 to the Division of Parks and Recreation to build a day lodge at Soldier
             20      Hollow in Wasatch Mountain State Park.
             21          Section 2. Effective date.
             22          This act takes effect on July 1, 2000.
