Mr. Speaker:

    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 13, REPEAL OF MOTOR FUEL MARKETING ACT, by Representative D. Zolman, with the
following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 7:    Delete line 7 and insert:
        "MAKING TECHNICAL CHANGES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING A COORDINATION CLAUSE."

2.     Page 2, Line 56:    After line 56 insert:
        "Section 3. Effective date.
        This act takes effect on July 1, 2003.
        Section. 4. Coordination clause.
        If this bill and S.B. 46, Motor Fuel Marketing Amendments, both pass, it is the intent of the Legislature that any new section in Title 13, Chapter 16, Motor Fuel Marketing Act, enacted by S.B. 46, including Section 13-16-13, be repealed on July 1, 2003."
