    The Political Subdivisions Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 49, COUNTY BOUNDARY CHANGES, by Representative B. Johnson, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 51:    After "(A)" insert "a majority of the"

2.    Page 2, Line 52:    After "(B)" insert "a majority of the"

3.    Page 2, Line 57:    Delete "Legislature's adoption of the joint resolution" and insert "last day of the legislative session in which the joint resolution is adopted"
