    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 115, CONDOMINIUM PRIVACY, by Representative B. Holladay, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 22:    Delete "48" and insert "24"

2.    Page 3, line 61:    After "access to each unit" insert ": (a)"

3.    Page 3, line 63:    After "facilities" insert a semicolon and after "or" insert "(b)"

4.    Page 3, line 64:    After "another unit or units" insert ", provided that a reasonable effort is made to provide notice to the occupant of the unit prior to entry"
