    The Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 139, UTAH CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT AMENDMENTS, by Representative P. Arent, with the following amendments and recommends it be placed on the Consent Calendar.

1.    Page 1, Line 7:    Delete "ADDING GHB AND ITS"

2.    Page 1, Line 8;    Delete "ANALOGS;"

3.    Page 7, Line 207:    Delete Lines 207 and 208 entirely.
