    The Health and Human Services Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 179, PRIVATIZATION OF ADOPTION OF CHILDREN IN STATE CUSTODY, by Representative N. Stephens, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 55:    Delete "may implement" and insert "shall expand the implementation of" and delete "an incremental"

2.    Page 2, Line 56-57:    Delete lines 56 and 57 and insert "a statewide basis as state and federal funds become available."
