The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 204, JUDICIAL INFORMATION TO VOTERS, by Representative K. Bryson, with the following amendments:
1. Page 2, Line 57: After "number of "insert "public and formal"
2. Page 2, Line 57: After "sanctions" insert "during the judges current term" and delete "of any kind, whether called "public," "private," formal," "informal," or some other term,"
3. Page 3, Line 59: After "of" insert "the conduct resulting from each sanction"
4. Page 3, Line 59: Bracket "ordered by the Supreme Court"
4. Page 4, Line 61: Delete "since the judge's initial appointment as a judge"
