Mr. Speaker:

    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 336, APPLIED TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION TASK FORCE, by Representative J. Alexander, with the following amendments:

1.     Page 1, Line 8:    After "APPROPRIATING" delete "$38,500" and insert "$40,000"
2.     Page 1, Line 17:    After "party;" insert "and"
3.     Page 1, Line 18:    After "(b)" delete "six" and insert "seven"
4.     Page 1, Line 19:    After "than" delete "three" and insert "five"; after "party" delete "; and" and insert "."
5.     Page 1, Line 20, 21, 22:    Delete all three lines.
6.     Page 2, Line 33:    After "Counsel" insert "in consultation with the Office of the Legislative Fiscal Analyst,"
7.     Page 2, Line 57:    After "(2)" delete "$9,000" and insert "$10,500"
