Representative Robert F. Montgomery proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 13, Line 423: After line 423 insert:
"It is the intent of the Legislature that monies appropriated to the Division of Aging and Adult Services in S.B. 1, Annual Appropriation Act, 2000 General Session, be made nonlapsing. It is further the intent of the Legislature that these nonlapsing monies be used for transportation of meals and for senior transportation."
