1. Page 1, Line 20: After "When the" delete "maximum amount of bonds to be issued is $1,000,000 or more," and insert " debt service on the bonds to be issued will increase the property tax imposed upon the average value of a residence by an amount that is greater than or equal to $15 per year,"
