PARENTAL RIGHTS AMENDMENTS

Senator Mansell proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 11, Line 324: After "interview" insert ", not to exceed five minutes,"
2. Page 11, Line 328: Delete "and"
3. Page 11, Line 330: After "child" delete "." and insert "; and"
4. Page 11, Line 330: After line 330 insert: "(f) the child shall be allowed to have a support person of the child's choice present. That support person:
(i) may include, but is not limited to, a school teacher or administrator , guidance counselor, or child care provider; and
(ii) may not be a person who is alleged to be, or potentially may be, the perpetrator.
