AMENDMENTS TO CHILD WELFARE

Senator Nielson proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 4, Lines 93-94: Delete lines 93 through 94 and insert: "(7) The board shall adopt and maintain rules and policies regarding placement for adoption or foster care that are consistent with, and no more restrictive than, applicable statutory provisions."
2. Page 9, Line 254: After "adopted by" bracket "any other" and insert "another"
3. Page 9, Line 258: After "each other" insert "in accordance with the laws of this state"
