Representative Short proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 10, Line 282:    After "(5)" insert "(a)"

2.    Page 10, Line 283:    Delete "(a)" and insert "(i)"

3.    Page 10, Line 284:    Delete "(b)" and insert "(ii)"

4.    Page 10, Line 285:    Delete "(c)" and insert "(iii)"

5.    Page 10, Line 287:    Delete "(d)" and insert "(iv)" and after line 287, insert:
        "(b) If a budget committee is established, the Legislative Fiscal Analyst, or the analyst's designee, and the state budget officer, or the officer's designee, shall serve as ex officio, nonvoting members of the budget subcommittee."
