Senator Beverly Evans proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 34, Line 1053: After line 1053, insert:
"It is the intent of the Legislature that the appropriation for the Heber Valley Historic Railroad Depot is contingent on Wasatch County or any city or municipality within Wasatch County providing matching funds."
