Representative David L. Hogue proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 10, Line 276: After line 276 insert:
" It is the intent of the Legislature that the $347,200 saved by reduction of FTE and vehicles in the Community Corrections Centers reported in 1999 by the Department of Corrections to the interim committee in the Privatization Feasibility Study be shifted to cover additional compensation for Corrections Officers. "
