APPROPRIATION FOR UTAH BLUE RIBBON
2 FISHERIES INITIATIVE
3 2001 GENERAL SESSION

6 This act appropriates h [ $500,000 ] $300,000 h from the General Fund, for fiscal year 2001-02
6a only, to the
7 Division of Wildlife Resources for the development and preservation of high quality aquatic
8 systems to produce healthy fish populations for angling and aesthetic experiences. This act
9 takes effect on July 1, 2001.
10 This act enacts uncodified material.
11 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12 Section 1. Appropriation.
13 (1) For fiscal year 2001-02 only, there is appropriated h [ $500,000 ] $300,000 h from the
13a General Fund
14 to the Division of Wildlife Resources for the development and preservation of high quality aquatic
15 systems to produce healthy fish populations for angling and aesthetic experiences.
16 (2) The money appropriated in Subsection (1) is nonlapsing.
17 Section 2. Effective date.
18 This act takes effect on July 1, 2001.
