             6      This act modifies the Statutes Title. This act repeals certain obsolete and lapsed provisions
             7      relating to the 1933 recodification of the Utah code.
             8      This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
             9      REPEALS:
             10          68-2-1, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             11          68-2-3, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             12          68-2-4, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             13          68-2-5, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             14          68-2-6, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             15          68-2-7, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             16          68-2-8, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             17          68-2-9, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             18          68-2-10, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             19      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             20          Section 1. Repealer.
             21          This act repeals:
             22          Section 68-2-1, Short title Effective date.
             23          Section 68-2-3, General repeal -- Of prior laws -- Exceptions and reservations.
             24          Section 68-2-4, Laws of 1933 deemed subsequent to revision.
             25          Section 68-2-5, Tenure of office not affected -- Exceptions.
             26          Section 68-2-6, Accrued rights not affected by repeal.
             27          Section 68-2-7, Effect on limitation of actions.


             28          Section 68-2-8, Effect on offenses committed.
             29          Section 68-2-9, Effect on suits and prosecutions pending.
             30          Section 68-2-10,"Heretofore" and "hereafter" defined.
