REPEAL OF AUTHORIZATION FOR
2 CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN FACILITIES

7 This act modifies a chapter entitled "Corrections Facilities Funding." This act repeals
8 obsolete and lapsed construction authorizations and accompanying requirements.
9 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
10 REPEALS:
11 63-57b-1, as enacted by Chapter 14, Laws of Utah 1984, Second Special Session
12 63-57b-2, as enacted by Chapter 14, Laws of Utah 1984, Second Special Session
13 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
14 Section 1. Repealer.
15 This act repeals:
16 Section 63-57b-1, Construction of projects authorized -- Priorities -- Cost limitation.
17 Section 63-57b-2, Approval of local governing bodies.
