             6      This act modifies the Notarization and Authentication Title by repealing certain obsolete and
             7      lapsed sections relating to commissioners of deeds.
             8      This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
             9      REPEALS:
             10          46-2-1, as last amended by Chapter 66, Laws of Utah 1984
             11          46-2-2, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             12          46-2-3, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             13          46-2-4, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             14          46-2-5, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             15          46-2-6, as last amended by Chapter 67, Laws of Utah 1984
             16          46-2-7, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             17          46-2-8, as last amended by Chapter 66, Laws of Utah 1984
             18          46-2-9, as last amended by Chapter 67, Laws of Utah 1984
             19      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             20          Section 1. Repealer.
             21          This act repeals:
             22          Section 46-2-1, Appointment -- Term -- Removal.
             23          Section 46-2-2, Powers.
             24          Section 46-2-3, Place of residence and date commission expires affixed to signature.
             25          Section 46-2-4, Force and effect of official acts.
             26          Section 46-2-5, Official oath.
             27          Section 46-2-6, Oaths and seals of commissioners to be filed.


             28          Section 46-2-7, Fees.
             29          Section 46-2-8, Copy of laws to accompany commission.
             30          Section 46-2-9, Commissioners of other states and countries residing here.
