6 This act modifies sections governing the Legislative Process Committee by modifying
7 committee membership and duties relating to in-depth budget reviews.
8 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
9 REPEALS:
10 36-17-3, as last amended by Chapter 22, Laws of Utah 1994
11 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12 Section 1. Repealer.
13 This act repeals:
14 Section 36-17-3, Additional members and duties.
