    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 60, JUSTICE COURT AMENDMENTS, by Representative B. Goodfellow, with the following amendments:

1.     Page 1, Line 18:    After "Subsection (2)" insert ", but in no case may the salary for a justice court judge be an amount greater than 95% of the salary of a district court judge
