Mr. Speaker:

    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 109, AMENDMENTS TO THE INSURANCE LAW, by Representative J. Swallow, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 46, Line 1411:    After "and" insert "wholly"

2.    Page 46, Line 1417:    Delete "as long"

3.    Page 46, Line 1418:    Delete line 1418 and insert "the later of: (a) three years; or (b) until the conclusion of the next market conduct examination by the department of insurance where the member insurer is domiciled."
