    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 168, NOTICE BY SCHOOL TO CUSTODIAL AND NONCUSTODIAL PARENT, by Representative F. Fife, with the following amendments:

1.     Page 1, Line 15:        At the beginning of the line, insert "Except when the court has directed otherwise,"

2.     Page 1, Line 15:        After "otherwise" delete "A" and insert "a"
