Mr. President:

    The Health and Environment Committee reports a favorable recommendation on 2nd Sub. H.B. 170, PRESCRIBING PSYCHIATRIC DRUGS OR MEDICATION, by Representative M. Throckmorton, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 1, Line 12:    After "minor." delete "This act contains a coordination clause."

2.    Page 4, Line 111:    After "Act," insert " Chapter 68, Utah Osteopathic Medical Practices Act, Chapter 70a, Physician Assistant Act, or licensed as an advance practice registered nurse under Chapter 31b, Nurse Practices Act"

3.    Page 4, Line 115:    After "result in" delete "imminent death or serious disability" and insert "death, permanent loss of a body function, or significant physical or mental impairment"

4.    Page 7, Line 201 -211:    Delete lines 201 through 211

5.    Page 8, Line 212 -213:    Delete lines 212 through 213
