    The Transportation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 218, STATE HIGHWAY ACCESS MANAGEMENT, by Representative W. Harper, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Lines 55-56:    Delete "approved by a county or municipality legislative body or planning commission" and insert "recommended according to local ordinances"
