    The Human Services Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 219, TASK FORCE ON FAMILY CONFLICT RESOLUTION, by Representative A.L. Tyler, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 1, Line 7:    Bracket " 19" and insert " 7"

2.    Page 1, Lines 25 - 27:    Delete Lines 25 through 27

3.    Page 2, Lines 28 - 44:    Delete Lines 28 through 44 and insert after line 44:
        "(iii) The task force may designate non-voting members and advisors from the general public and agencies with expertise in areas the task force considers beneficial to its area of study."
