Mr. Speaker:

    The Government Operations Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 280, STATE CAPITOL ART PLACEMENT COMMISSION AMENDMENTS, by Representative R. Siddoway, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 1, Line 7:    After "Commission." delete the rest of line 7

2.    Page 1, Line 8:    Delete "appropriation in its budget for the State Capitol Art Placement Commission."

3.    Page 1, Line 9:    After "by a" delete "two-thirds" and insert "majority"

4.    Page 1, Line 26:    After "(d)" delete "(i)"

5.    Page 1, Line 27:    Reinstate "(i)" and delete "(A)"

6.    Page 2, Line 28:    Reinstate "(ii)" and delete "(B)"

7.    Page 2, Line 29:    Reinstate "(iii)" and delete "(C)"

8.    Page 2, Lines 30-31:    Delete lines 30-31

9.    Page 2, Line 56:    After "only by" delete "at least a two-thirds" and insert "a majority"

10.    Page 4, Line 108:    After "Preservation Board" insert "Executive Director"
