    The Political Subdivisions Committee recommends 1st Sub. H.B. 377, SALVAGE VEHICLE AMENDMENTS, by Representative D. Hogue, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 2nd Sub. H.B. 377, SALVAGE VEHICLE AMENDMENTS with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 53:    Delete "that is considered junk"

2.    Page 6, Line 157:    Delete "this section" and insert "Subsection (3)"

3.    Page 6, Line 169:    After "collision" delete the comma and insert "or"
