    The Joint Conference Committee comprised of Sens. Julander, Wright, and Steele, and Reps. Hatch, Dillree, and Anderson, recommends S.B. 48, PASSENGER LIMITATIONS FOR YOUNG DRIVERS, by Senator K. Hale, be replaced and favorably recommends 1st Sub. S.B. 48, PASSENGER LIMITATIONS FOR YOUNG DRIVERS.
