Mr. President:

    The Transportation and Public Safety Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 94, DRIVER LICENSE REPORTING, by Senator M. Peterson, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 4, Lines 99-100:    Delete all of lines 99 and 100 and insert:
        "(c) A report filed with the division under this Subsection (15) shall be a protected record as provided in Title 63, Chapter 2, Government Records Access and Management Act."
