Mr. President:

    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee recommends S.B. 100, INSURANCE LAW AMENDMENTS, by Senator L.S. Poulton, be replaced and favorably recommends 1st Sub. S.B. 100, INSURANCE LAW AMENDMENTS with the following amendments:

1. Page 2, Line 36:    Delete " The act requires a financial institution to maintain"
2. Page 2, Line 37:    Delete " customer privacy by ensuring confidentiality of insurance information."
3. Page 210, Line 6503:    Delete "shall" and insert "may"
