    The Transportation and Public Safety Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.C.R. 3, RESOLUTION APPROVING SETTLEMENT BY UTAH DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, by Senator P. Knudson, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 29:    After "$2,208,000" insert ", which includes the $208,000 previously paid by the Utah Department of Transportation to Envirotech Corporation"
