1. Page 3, Line 81: After "upon" insert ": (i)"
2. Page 3, Line 84: After "home" insert ";or
(ii) the division, if the division does not support continued reunification services, to show that the parents have not made substantial efforts to comply with the plan during the first eight months after removal of the child from the home"
