Representative David Litvack proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 2, Line 40: After "industry;" delete "and"
2. Page 2, Line 42: After "July 31" insert "; and
(iii) publish the findings of the evaluation on the department website"
3. Page2, Line 47: After "industry" insert ",which assessment shall integrate complaint data from the Office of Consumer Health Assistance within the department" and after ";" delete "and"
4. Page 2, Line 49: After "statutes" insert "; and
(iv) include medical loss ratio data for each insurance company doing business in the state and publish that data on the department website"
