Representative Hogue proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 31:    After "(2)" insert "(i)"

2.    Page 2, Line 31:    After "during, or" insert "immediately"

3.    Page 2, Line 33:    Delete "(b)" insert "(ii)"

4.    Page 2, Line 34:    After "official;" delete "and"

5.    Page 2, Line 35:    Delete "(c)" insert "(iii)"

6.    Page 2, Line 35:    After "state law" delete "." and insert "; and"

7.    Page 2, Line 35:    After Line 35 insert:
        "(iv) the assault is committed by a person who was attending, participating in, or involved in the event; or
        (b) the assault is committed in retaliation for anything done by the sports official as a part of his duties."
