Representative Wayne Harper proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 14:    After "child." insert "This act includes a coordination clause."

2.     Page 17, Line 507:    After line 507 insert
        "Section 6. Coordination clause.
        If this bill and S.B. 165, Noncustodial Visitation, both pass, it is the intent of the Legislature that the amendments in S.B. 165 which change the term "visitation" to "parent time" supersede the amendments in Subsections 78-3a-307(2) and (6) and Subsection 778-3a-311(2) of this bill which use the current statutory term "visitation"."
