READING ACHIEVEMENT IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS - KINDERGARTEN THROUGH GRADE THREE

Representative Karen Morgan proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 2, Line 36: After " to the " insert " State Board of Education and to the "
