Senator David H. Steele proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 2, Line 45: After line 45 insert:
" (iv) For purposes of Subsection (1)(b) the reasonable exercise of discipline by a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 36 months does not include hitting, striking, or shaking the child. "
