Senator Valentine proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 3, Line 61: After "widows" delete the remainder of line 61 and delete lines 62-63 and insert "and widowers because they must forego either their own benefit or their deceased spouse's benefit ("widow(er)"
benefit), and may claim the widow(er) benefit only after
attaining qualification age themselves regardless of the age
of the deceased spouse;"
