        (c) one elected school board member appointed by the board of education for the Wasatch School District;
        (d) one elected school board member appointed by the board of education for the Park City School District;
        (e) one representative of Utah State University appointed by its board of trustees;
        (f) one member of the State Board of Regents designated by the chair of the State Board of Regents to serve a one-year term; and
        (g) seven representatives of business or industry within the region appointed jointly by the members appointed under Subsections (11)(a) through (f)."
