MOTION: Rep. Hansen moved to approve the minutes of the February 4, 2002 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Adair, Rep. Biskupski, Rep. D. Clark, Rep. S. Clark, Rep. Duckworth, and Rep. Morgan absent for the vote.

Rep. Curtis introduced the bill.
