    The Joint Conference Committee comprised of Sens. Hickman, Evans, and Dmitrich, and Reps. Hatch, Ure, and Gowans, recommends 1st Sub. S.B. 4001, 2002 BONDING FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS, by Senator B. Evans, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 6: After " facilities" insert " and by adopting intent language"

2.    Page 3, Line 64: After line 64 insert:

    "(5) It is the intent of the Legislature that the funding of the Capitol Restoration Design/Parking Structure does not bind this Legislature, or future Legislatures, to wholly or partially fund the capitol remodel."
