Committee Chair Walker called the meeting to order at 9:38 a.m.
1. Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Arent moved to approve the minutes of February 3, 2004.
The motion passed unanimously.
2. S.B. 155 County Mental Health Amendments (G. Davis)
Sen. Gene Davis introduced the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Arent moved to pass S.B. 155 out with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen. Arent moved to adjourn.
The motion passed unanimously.
