The Utah State Legislature
extended a warm welcome to Vicente Fox, President of Mexico.
President Fox addressed a Joint Convention of the 56th Legislature prior to
the Third Special Session. His speech is spread on the pages of the House and
Senate Journals.
Every
person who fraudulently alters the draft of any bill or resolution with intent
to procure its being passed or adopted by the Legislature in language different
from that intended is guilty of a felony of the third degree. (UCA 76-8-107,
