50 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
51 Section 1. Appropriation.
52 As an ongoing appropriation subject to future budget constraints, there is appropriated
53 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2007-08:
54 (1) H. [ $5,000,000 ] $3,000,000 .H to the Department of Natural Resources for watershed
54a rehabilitation or
55 restoration;
56 (2) H. [ $5,000,000 ] $3,000,000 .H to fund the LeRay McAllister Critical Land
56a Conservation Fund created
57 in Section 11-38-301 ; and

58 (3) H. [ $5,000,000 ] $3,000,000 .H to fund the Rangeland Improvement Fund created in
58a Section 4-20-2 .
59 Section 2. Effective date.
60 This bill takes effect on July 1, 2007.
