7 LONG TITLE
8 General Description:
9 This bill modifies the Motor Vehicles Code by amending driving by minors provisions.
10 Highlighted Provisions:
11 This bill:
12 . repeals the nighttime driving restriction for persons younger than 17 years of age;
13 and
14 . repeals the passenger limitation provisions for certain minor drivers.

24 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
25 Section 1. Repealer.
26 This bill repeals:
27 Section 41-8-2, Operation of vehicle by persons under 17 during night hours

28 prohibited -- Exceptions.
29 Section 41-8-3, Operation of vehicle by persons under 16 and six months --
30 Passenger limitations -- Exceptions -- Penalties.
