9 General Description:
10 This bill repeals the statutes granting authority to the United States to use state lands as
11 a bird refuge.
12 Highlighted Provisions:
13 This bill:
14 . repeals uncodified material that:
15 . authorizes the state to convey certain lands to the United States for use as a
16 migratory bird refuge and game preserve; and
17 . authorizes the United States to use state lands to establish and maintain a Bear
18 River migratory bird refuge.

29 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
30 Section 1. Repealer.
31 This bill repeals:

33 convey land.
34 Uncodified Section 1, Chapter 2, Laws of Utah 1929, Consent given United States
35 to purchase -- Reservation.
36 Uncodified Section 2, Chapter 2, Laws of Utah 1929, Use as refuge -- Mineral
37 rights reserved -- Public shooting grounds.
