General Description:

This bill repeals the statutes granting authority to the United States to use state lands as

a bird refuge.

. authorizes the state to convey certain lands to the United States for use as a

migratory bird refuge and game preserve; and

. authorizes the United States to use state lands to establish and maintain a Bear

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
