21 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
22 Section 1. Rules reauthorized.
23 All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized, except for R277-437-1, Education,
24 Administration, Student Enrollment Options, Definitions.
25 Section 2. Effective date.
26 If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect
27 on May 1, 2007.
